Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is seeking proposals for Fine Arts Consultant Services and Materials to support PreK-12 education across a broad range of disciplines. - Government Buyer: - Lewisville Independent School District (LISD), Procurement Department - Products and Services Requested: - Fine Arts Consultant Services for PreK-12, including: - Consultation, professional development, student-related services, and program improvement - Motivational/keynote speakers - Accompaniment (piano or otherwise), band, percussion, orchestra, choir, drama, dance, marching band, keyboard, sound and lighting, stage, and leadership development consulting - Digital educational services and data management/security services - Materials such as books and training materials (vendors to provide catalogs/pricelists with minimum percentage discounts) - Travel expenses related to service delivery - Services are requested on an as-needed basis, with pricing structured per hour, half-day, or full-day sessions - Unique or Notable Requirements: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; open to all qualified firms and professionals - Comprehensive insurance coverage required (general liability, auto, workers' compensation, professional liability, cyber/data breach, sexual misconduct, and crime) - Strict adherence to Texas and federal data privacy laws (FERPA, COPPA), with a mandatory Data Privacy Agreement for digital services - Submission of required forms (insurance certificate, W-9, Form 1295, pre-employment affidavit) - Multiple awards possible; district reserves the right to determine need and best value - Contract is non-exclusive and coterminous with a previous RFP (#3229-24)

Description

Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is requesting supplemental proposals from qualified firms and/or professionals to provide Fine Arts Consultant Services and Materials. These services and materials will be procured on an as-needed basis with LISD making the sole determination of need. The scope includes consultation, professional staff development, student-related services, program improvement, and other direct services related to Pre K – 12 environments and support. The contract is non-exclusive and will run coterminous with RFP #3229-24. The anticipated contract term is from August 2026 to September 2029.
