Description

The Town of Needham is soliciting sealed bids for the Rosemary Pool Gate Replacement project. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 10, 2026, at the Rosemary Rec Complex, with attendance encouraged but not mandatory. Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on June 25, 2026, accompanied by a bid deposit of at least 5% of the bid value. Late bids will not be considered, and bids will be publicly opened after the deadline. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive minor informalities.
