Description

The City of Coachella invites sealed bids for the Avenue 53 Tot Lot and Roundabout Improvements project, City Project No. P-29. The project includes reconstruction of the Avenue 53 Tot Lot area, reconstruction of the Avenue 53 and Calle Empalme intersection with a roundabout, and removal and replacement of a sewer main between Calle Leandro and Calle Techa. Work involves site amenities, concrete, landscaping, irrigation, fencing, electrical, pathways, street improvements, and sewer main replacement. The project must be completed within 150 working days from the Notice to Proceed.
