The City of Diamond Bar is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide maintenance and supplies for seven copiers owned by the City, located at City Hall and the Diamond Bar Center. The contract will be for three years starting August 1, 2026, with options to renew for two additional one-year terms. The service includes a three-hour response time to service calls, all-inclusive repair including parts and labor, 100% coverage for toners and maintenance kits, delivery and installation of supplies, and the use of OEM supplies.
