This solicitation is for sealed bids to provide a high speed wide area network connectivity solution between five office locations in the County of Hawai‘i, State of Hawai‘i. The service provider will deliver a turnkey solution connecting Hilo Baseyard, Waimea Baseyard, Kona Baseyard, Kaʻū Baseyard, and Waiākea Office Plaza with synchronous, full duplex connections. The provider is responsible for design, installation, maintenance, and supplying all necessary hardware and software, which will remain their property.
