The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking a contractor to develop public service announcements and media content supporting transportation safety education. - Government Buyer: - Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT), Procurement Office - Products/Services Requested: - Development of a variety of public service announcements and media - Topics include: occupant protection, child passenger safety, impaired driving, bicycle and motorcycle safety, pedestrian safety, work zones, driver education, drivers with functional or cognitive impairment, safe driving behaviors (inattention, aggressive driving, drowsy driving, aging road users), speed, Safe Routes to School, distracted driving, and prevention of roadside deaths - Additional transportation safety topics may be added over time - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must be able to create media content for a wide range of transportation safety topics - Blanket purchase agreement for personal services related to communications and media - Scope may expand to include additional safety topics as needed

Description

This solicitation is for the development of a variety of Public Service Announcements and various media to support the Agency's public information and education efforts related to transportation safety. Topics include occupant protection, child passenger safety, impaired driving, bicycle and motorcycle safety, pedestrian safety, work zones, driver education, and other driving behaviors. The contractor will create media supporting these transportation safety topics, with additional topics possibly added over time. The procurement is conducted via a competitive sealed proposal process.
