This solicitation is for maintenance and server hosting support of the Evans CaseLoad software, a case management system used by the Reemployment Assistance Appeals Commission (RAAC). The procurement is a single source acquisition to ensure optimal performance, reliability, security, and continuous improvement of the proprietary software.
