Description

This project involves providing all construction services, equipment, tools, materials, fuel, personnel, supervision, and labor necessary to complete pavement and curb ramp improvements. The scope includes hot mix asphalt paving, asphalt grinding, pavement excavation and replacement (PERS) inlays, and curb ramp improvements to meet ADA standards. Vendors must accept the terms included with the Invitation to Bid, and the City reserves the right to negotiate a final contract in its best interest. Key dates include a bid response deadline of June 19, 2026, a question deadline of June 16, 2026, a notice to proceed on July 1, 2026, and work completion by October 31, 2026.
