Description

The City of Walla Walla is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide engineering support for its wastewater facilities. The selected consultant will perform site visits, conduct investigations and studies, develop design packages for replacements and upgrades to portions of the wastewater process and supporting infrastructure, and provide construction support engineering during construction. Multiple bid packages are anticipated, funded through City funds, Federal Grants, and State loans. Work will be on a time and materials basis with a negotiated not-to-exceed amount.
