Description

SunLine Transit Agency is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to develop, secure, and manage a comprehensive program for the agency's guaranteed supply of Renewable Natural Gas (RNG/CNG) and the regulatory administration, optimization, and financial monetization of environmental commodity credits from the agency's zero-emission fuel portfolio, including hydrogen refueling infrastructure and electric vehicle charging assets. The selected firm must secure an uninterrupted fuel supply, assume regulatory compliance liability, and maximize financial returns across three core fuel pathways: Renewable Natural Gas, Electric Vehicle Charging, and Renewable Hydrogen.
