Description

The VA Boston Healthcare System (VABHCS) has a requirement for a contractor to provide SPS Sterirack Shelving Upgrade (Brand Name or Equal) Tray & Soft Goods Storage Area timely, effective, and high-quality mission critical, non-clinical services to the West Roxbury (WX) facility located at 1400 VFW Parkway, West Roxbury, MA 02132. The main objective of this contract is to ensure the operational reliability of the facility, effectively and efficiently respond to and mitigate any infrastructure-related condition, and to maintain a safe and healthy worksite for staff, patients, volunteers, visitors, contractors, and the general public. Maintenance intervals may be determined by National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards, manufacturer recommendations, metering, predictive maintenance sampling, VA policies, federal regulations and statutes, adopted codes, or other strategies. requirements from The Joint Commission (TJC), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), and other regulatory bodies.

Site Visit: A site visit will be held on June 10th at 10:00am EST. The location of the site visit is West Roxbury VA Medical Center – 1400 VFW Parkway, West Roxbury, MA 02132 in Building 2, Basement, Room AB03. The purpose of the site visit will give vendors the opportunity to obtain specific measurements which is required for the configuration.

The estimated period of performance consists of a one year base period beginning June 30, 2026 to June 29, 2027.
