Description

This Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicits contractors to provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees necessary to excavate, repair, and restore a damaged waterline, including pavement restoration, at the Lathrop National Guard Armory. The work must result in a complete and fully functional waterline system and comply with all terms and conditions of the IFB. Prospective bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid job walk and possess a type B - General Building Contractor or C-36 - Plumbing Contractor license.
