Description

This solicitation is to establish a service contract to provide proprietary instrument services for the Louisiana Department of Health - Office of Public Health. The contract period is for an initial one-year term beginning July 1, 2026, or date of award, whichever is later, ending June 30, 2027, with an option to renew for two additional twelve-month periods. The procurement is proprietary, allowing only specified brands and models for award. The contract will be awarded on an all-or-none basis to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder meeting the specifications.
