Nebo School District (NSD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Commissioning Services for the rebuild of Spanish Fork Jr. High School (SFJHS). The project involves a two-story, approximately 172,000-square-foot on-site replacement of the existing school located at 600 South 820 East in Spanish Fork, Utah, designed to accommodate approximately 1,200 students in 8th and 9th grades. The selected Commissioning Agent will ensure mechanical and building controls systems are designed, installed, tested, and maintained according to district standards and industry best practices for operational efficiency and sustainability.
