Description
The Nassau County Industrial Development Agency seeks qualified economic development consulting firms and/or persons to conduct economic and fiscal impact analyses of proposed projects of the Agency and related professional services. The services include reviewing project applications, meeting with applicants and Agency representatives, and delivering written economic and fiscal analysis reports. The analysis will examine benefits such as job retention and creation, tax and PILOT revenues, and costs including financial assistance, municipal services, and other costs identified by the Agency. For housing projects, the analysis will estimate the number of new school-age children attending public schools and the associated costs.
