Description
The City of Buffalo is seeking architectural, engineering, and/or construction management firms to provide services for two objectives: a comprehensive Master Plan and buildings records augmentation. The work includes building conditions assessments, capital improvements master planning, building scanning, and capital planning. The contract term is four years with three one-year extensions. The City requires assessments to be performed under the oversight of licensed or senior design professionals with over 15 years of experience in their building-related field.
