Description
The Nassau County Industrial Development Agency seeks qualified economic development consulting firms and/or persons to evaluate applications for financial assistance for affordable housing, mixed-use, and transit-oriented projects. The selected contractors will perform project evaluation reports and related professional services as required by the Agency. Services include reviewing project applications, meeting with applicants and Agency representatives, and delivering written reports with guidance on proposed financial assistance. The contract term is three years, and awards may be made on an as-needed basis, potentially splitting services among multiple contractors.
