The District of Saanich is seeking qualified and experienced professional respondents or respondent teams to provide Owner’s Representative and Project Management services for the Lochside Development Project for Parks Operations. This request for qualifications (RFQ) is issued to suppliers on the Qualified Supplier Roster for Category #19 – Project Management – Building, established by Request for Supplier Qualifications RFSQ 02/21. Only suppliers prequalified under RFSQ 02/21 are eligible to respond. The RFQ is part of a second stage selection process pursuant to the Master Agreement.
