Description

This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the City of St. Albert to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Construction Management Services for Kinex Arena Lifecycle Repairs. The Construction Manager will participate in the Pre-Construction Phase to assist with budgeting, constructability, construction document review, and proposed phasing of the repair scope. The CM will provide budget pricing with major subtrades to a Class ‘A’ level estimate and will be engaged to implement and fulfill the construction as Construction Manager/General Contractor. The contract duration is approximately 17 months starting mid-2026.
