This Request for Bid (RFB) seeks a vendor accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 for equine forensic drug testing to provide testing and analysis of equine biological samples for illegal and performance enhancing drugs, non-therapeutic medications, and forensic analysis of horse hair. The vendor will also conduct supplementary testing, research, and provide litigation support. Services include out of competition testing, stake horse testing, testing for unknown substances, and supplementary research. The contract duration is estimated at 36 months.
