Description

This solicitation is for the demolition and disposal of the Lloydminster Centennial Civic Centre located at 5405 – 49 Avenue. The scope includes abatement and disposal of hazardous waste, removal of concrete footings, building structures, electrical and mechanical systems, exterior concrete and asphalt, and site services. Vegetation clearing and site reclamation with clay backfill placement are also included. The contract duration is approximately 4 months starting around July 20, 2026.
