Texas Tech University System is soliciting proposals for Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) services to manage the construction of the Dental Oral Health Clinic (DOHC) Expansion at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso. This is a one-step RFP process where qualified contractors will submit proposals including fee proposals and general conditions prices. The selected CMAR will contract directly with Texas Tech and collaborate with the university and design professionals to complete the project within budget and schedule. Proposals must be uploaded through the Trimble Unity Construct Bid Portal by 3:00 PM CT on June 29, 2026.
