This is a formal Request for Proposal (RFP).The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at Patuxent River, MD, announces its intention to procure, on a competitive basis, services for Aeromechanics and Systems Engineering research, development, and technical support.1. ACQUISITION OVERVIEW Competition Strategy: This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code: 541330 (Engineering Services), with a small business size standard of $47,000,000.Product Service Code (PSC): R425 (Engineering and Technical Services).Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Single Award (SA) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) and Cost-Reimbursable CLINs. Period of Performance: The contract will have a five (5) year ordering period. Solicitation Number: N00421-26-R-1009.See the attached RFP (including Section J attachments) for full requirements.2.
