The U.S. Embassy Abu Dhabi, under the U.S. Department of State, is soliciting quotations for the supply of a new full-size 4WD SUV vehicle and related options for delivery to Abu Dhabi, UAE. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy Abu Dhabi - Contracting Office: Gregory Stoneberg - OEMs and Vendors: - Preferred OEMs: Chevrolet (Chevrolet Tahoe), GMC (GMC Yukon) - Equivalent models from other OEMs may be accepted if they meet all specifications - Products/Services Requested: - One (1) new full-size 4WD SUV vehicle - Model year 2026 or latest - GCC specifications - V8 engine (minimum 5.3L) - Seating for at least 7 passengers - Automatic 10-speed transmission - Leather seats (cooled preferred) - Keyless entry - Reverse camera with parking sensors - Bluetooth connectivity - Factory-installed off-road capability package (e.g., Z71 or AT-4 or similar) - Tinting up to 50% - Exterior color: white or light silver preferred - Standard manufacturer’s warranty and service contract at authorized dealer in Abu Dhabi - Option Items: - Extended warranty coverage up to 5 years or 100,000 kilometers - Extended service contract/maintenance package up to 5 years or 100,000 kilometers - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Vehicle must be delivered within one week after contract award - All required documentation and sale letter must be provided - Vehicle must be inspected and delivered to the U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi - Only vehicles with GCC specifications are acceptable - Offer must remain valid for 60 days - Delivery and after-sales service must be available through an authorized dealer in Abu Dhabi

Description

The U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi invites quotations from qualified vendors to supply a new vehicle with sale letter and other required documents, for delivery to Abu Dhabi, UAE. If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the attached Solicitation/RFQ. Complete the required portions of the RFQ package, and submit your quotation and supporting information/documents for compliance and evaluation.

Quotations are due by June 12, 2026, at 10:00 am (local time). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted.

Your quotation must be submitted electronically to AbuDhabiContracts@state.gov and copied to KunnelBB@state.gov with the subject line “Quotation Enclosed – RFQ No. PR16046712”.
