Description: SonarWiz Air gapped License - Office Suite - 5 Year Contract for Four License Bundle

QTY: 1 EA. 

This procurement is a sole source to CHESAPEAKE TECHNOLOGY, INC. for SonarWiz Air gapped License Office Suite, 5 Year Contract for Four License Bundle. 

This action will award a firm fixed price contract to Chesapeake Technology for the software listed above. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) currently has a requirement for the item(s) listed above. This softwaret is currently in use.  If another software were to be selected, unacceptable data compatibility would be introduced, resulting in a failure of the requiring project meeting its goal.  Additionally, this software is not sold through distribution.

As such, the government does not expect significant savings through competition and it is more advantageous to the Government to award on a sole source basis to the Chesapeake Technology for the item(s) listed above.
