*Offerors must submit all questions (Requests For Information (RFIs)) concerning this solicitation in writing via email to Jenna Taulman at jenna.taulman@noaa.gov. Questions (RFIs) should be submitted no later than Noon CDT on 10 June, 2026. Any responses to questions (RFIs) will be made in writing, without identification of the questioner, and will be included in an amendment to the solicitation. Even if provided in other form, only the question responses included in the amendment to the solicitation will govern performance of the contract.
