Description
Gulf Coast Center (GCC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Human Capital Management (HCM) software solution to support GCC's workforce management operations. The selected vendor shall provide a fully integrated HR software platform that includes human resources management, payroll administration, benefits administration, recruitment and applicant tracking, onboarding, performance management, time and attendance, employee self-service, reporting and analytics, compliance support, system implementation, training, data migration, technical support, and ongoing maintenance services. The contract is expected to commence around July 1, 2026, with proposals due by June 24, 2026.
