The Ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts (MRNF), through its regional office in Côte-Nord, is seeking professional services for developing and implementing an ecological monitoring protocol following the reconstruction of the Lac à la Loutre dam. The work includes documenting voluntary modifications made during the reconstruction, measuring water level and flow velocity upstream and downstream, documenting fish passage, and characterizing littoral habitats across the lake. The contract duration is approximately 8 months, starting upon signature and ending on March 1, 2027.
