Description
This is a formal solicitation announcement for design and construction services. This Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines the parameters for a Design-Build project to construct a new Mission Training Complex and renovate sections of an existing access road at the Taukgolo Range Complex in Botswana. The scope of work includes general site clearing, grubbing, and grading, in addition to the new construction of two (2) facilities that each have 2-classrooms, one auditorium, a latrine facility, utility connections, and multi-tiered road renovations. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a 100% design—including 35%, 65%, 95%, and 100% design package submissions for Government review—and delivering a series of turnkey facilities.
