THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THERE WILL NOT BE A SOLICITATION, SPECIFICATIONS, OR DRAWINGS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) is seeking eligible small businesses capable of performing Multi-Discipline Architect-Engineer (A-E) services for construction, repair, replacement, demolition, and alteration of facilities. A-E services may also be required for the improvement/upgrade of facilities and routine maintenance/repair projects. All work will occur at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD).A-E services are required for planning, design, and construction in support of the renovations, repairs, replacement, demolition, alteration, and/or improvement of Government facilities for large and small design projects. A-E services may include multiple disciplines or single disciplines, including but not limited to architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, geotechnical, fire protection, and cost engineering control systems; lighting; and communications (telephone, television, fiber optics, cyber security, and Local Area Network (LAN)).NSWC PCD anticipates a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) firm-fixed price (FFP) contract. The target award for this IDIQ contract is anticipated to be $3M. The appropriate NAICS Code is 541310 – Architectural Services. The small business size standard is $12.5M. PSC C215 applies. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. This announcement is only for market research to determine the availability and adequacy of potential small business sources to make appropriate acquisition decisions. The Government is not obligated and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this market survey.
