Description
Grissom Air Reserve Base (GARB) will host the Grissom Air & Space Expo event which is expected to draw over 40,000 visitors and an estimated 15,000 vehicles daily to the base on the 29th and 30th of August 2026. This solicitation is for services related to providing inbound/outbound traffic management from main thoroughfares to parking zones in coordination with local and state law enforcement for the event. Additionally, the vendor will manage all aspects of efficient parking within the zones to facilitate effective utilization as well as safe vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
