The Government anticipates awarding five (5) Firm-Fixed-Price purchase orders as a result of this solicitation.

The Office of Naval Research (ONR) is initiating the CNR Fellows program to bring up to five recently tenured academic research professors to ONR for a one-year fellowship. The program is designed to infuse state-of-the-art knowledge into ONR while providing leading academics with unparalleled insight into the Navy and Marine Corps’ most critical research challenges. This initiative seeks to build a powerful bridge between academia and the Department of the Navy (DoN).
