The U.S. Coast Guard Base Elizabeth City is seeking certified pest control and extermination services for its North Carolina campus. - Government Buyer: - United States Coast Guard, Base Elizabeth City (Department of Homeland Security) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; services must be provided by certified, licensed pest control professionals - Products/Services Requested: - Comprehensive pest control and extermination services, including integrated pest management (IPM) for a wide range of pests (cockroaches, ants, spiders, termites, ticks, fleas, bees, lice, bed bugs, mice, rats, and other rodents) - Recurring scheduled inspections and treatments, unscheduled service calls, emergency responses, rodent control, vertebrate trapping, mosquito collection, and detailed reporting - Additional service calls (10 during normal hours, 5 after hours/weekends) - Termite soil treatment (priced per linear foot, minimum 75 feet, with a one-year commercial warranty covering re-treatment and up to $25,000 in damage repair) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide a site-specific IPM plan, safety and quality control plans, monthly service schedules, and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations (including EPA and OSHA standards) - All personnel must be licensed and certified - Site visit required prior to quote submission - Contract is set aside for SBA - Service frequencies and locations are detailed in the Master Facility Service Matrix

Description

The work consists of providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Pest Control Services at USCG Base Elizabeth campus in accordance with scope of work. It is necessary for interested parties to conduct an assessment to understand scope of services needed. Therefore, anyone interested in providing a quote must complete a site visit prior to doing so. Services to be provided at USCG Base Elizabeth City, 1664 Weeksville Road, Elizabeth City NC, 27909.
