Description
A.T. Augusta Military Medical Center (ATAMMC), Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) Department has a requirement for modernizing the VTC Systems throughout the hospital.
VTC Technology modernization is required to increase overall collaboration efficiencies, and to reduce room downtime. The hospital is interested in implementing standards-based collaboration VTC systems that can be deployed throughout the hospital, taking into consideration the unique requirements of any given collaboration space. Building standards will promote quicker user adoption and lessen the burden on administrative staff who are required to maintain and support these spaces. Contractor shall provide warranty/maintenance for the ATAMMC throughout the period of 36 months. Contractor shall also make the best effort to minimize new holes necessary for cable installation.
The vendor shall provide new VTC system materials listed in SOW for ATAMMC that includes the standard equipment warranty for 36 months. All maintenance shall include technical support, patches, updates, and upgrades on all work products.
A site visit will be held at Alexander T. Augusta Military Medical Center (ATAMMC) on Thursday 11 June 2026 at 11:00 AM EST. All eligible vendors MUST be located within 75 miles of the facility location at ATAMMC. Also, this solicitation has been set aside for ONLY vendors who are a Veteran Owned Small Business. All proposals are due no later than Thursday 25 June 2026 at 12:00 PM EST.

All vendors must be registered in SAM.gov AND registration must be valid in order to submit a proposal. If your company’s registration has run out or is on the verge of expiring, please update your registration, preferably before the site visit. An expired registration on SAM.gov doesn’t stop you from participating in the site visit, however, it prevents you from submitting a formal proposal for this requirement and therefore your proposal will not be considered.
A Base Access Form will need to be filled out and submitted by each vendor within 48 hours of the site visit (6/9/2026). All forms should be sent to Mr. David Chase via email (david.r.chase.civ@health.mil).
Please note: The site visit is NOT mandatory but informational. If vendors choose to not participate in the site visit, this will not prevent any quote submission.
