Description
The City of Georgetown is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified individuals, firms, or corporations with substantial and relevant experience and expertise to provide architectural services for a new Georgetown Fire Station No 8. The scope includes design and construction administration of the fire station facility located on a city-owned 2.5-acre property. The project will feature apparatus bays, sleeping rooms, offices, living spaces, and various support areas. The selected consultant must maintain proper licensing and comply with all applicable laws and mandates. SOQs must be electronically submitted through the City E-bid system by June 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT.
