The Des Moines Independent Community School District is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide a high-quality third-party provider to oversee and manage the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21CCLC) programs at Findley, Madison, Oak Park, and Hillis Elementary schools. This solicitation is separate from RFP1246 for 21st Century Community Learning Centers. Proposers are permitted to partner with subcontractors, community organizations, nonprofits, and educational service providers to fulfill portions of the program requirements.
