Description

The Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide routine janitorial services at 1101 Commercial Court, Suite 10, Manchester, Iowa. Services will be performed on a weekly basis, with certain tasks completed on a monthly or annual basis as needed. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, cleaning supplies, and materials necessary to perform the required services, with all equipment and cleaning solutions stored off-site. Proposals must be submitted electronically by June 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST.
