Iowa Department of Public Defense seeks professional services to replace 7 rooftop units (RTUs) at the Spencer Readiness Center located at 11 E 23rd St, Spencer, IA 51301. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for June 30th at 10:00 AM, where all questions regarding the scope of work will be addressed. Bids must be submitted as a lump sum total via the IMPACS system, and there will not be a public bid opening for this project.
