Description

Birdville Independent School District (BISD) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for Athletic Equipment, Supplies, and Related Services to support and sustain the district's athletic programs. The contract includes procurement of athletic event services, technology-related products, uniforms, equipment, and general supplies on an as-needed basis. The district supports a comprehensive range of athletic programs and operates three primary athletic facilities in Haltom City and North Richland Hills, Texas. The contract term is from September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027, with options to extend for four additional one-year periods, not to exceed five years total.
