Prosper Portland, the economic development and urban renewal agency for the City of Portland, Oregon, is requesting competitive proposals from qualified and experienced firms, individuals, or teams to provide a Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) to support a suite of economic development programs. The scope includes program analysis, program design, development and implementation, and optional maintenance services.
