Sealed bids are being solicited by Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance/Purchasing for the purchase and installation of the Austin Court Stormwater Improvements project. The project includes installation of approximately 700 linear feet of 12-inch storm sewer pipe, 13 type-1 catch basins, 1 type-2 catch basin, 225 linear feet of curb and gutter, roadway excavation, grading, landscape restoration, gravel and asphalt surface restoration, and other related work. Bids are due by 2:30 PM on June 16, 2026, and will be opened virtually via Zoom. The award will be made to the lowest qualified bidder, with the county reserving the right to reject any or all bids and waive irregularities.
