The College of the Mainland in Texas City, Texas, is seeking a qualified and experienced agency to provide Grounds Maintenance and Management Services. The scope includes providing skilled labor, supervisory and management services, along with all necessary supplies, materials, equipment, and transportation to perform the services according to industry best practices, applicable laws, and College standards. The contract will be effective upon award for an initial term of one year, with the possibility of four additional one-year renewals, subject to satisfactory performance and Board approval. Proposals must be submitted by July 16, 2026, and a pre-proposal conference is scheduled for June 17, 2026.
