The OMHM is conducting a public open procedure for the punctual renovation of masonry, replacement, sealing correction, and painting of metal fixtures at Benny Farm residences located at 3500, 3510, 3700, and 3800 avenue Benny in Montreal. The project involves performing all work in accordance with contractual documents across four buildings housing families and seniors. Each building is a six-story steel and concrete structure with a total of 237 units combined, including access to interior garages and technical rooms. The buildings will remain occupied during the work, which is phased to avoid winter conditions and is expected to last a maximum of 205 working days.
