Description

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted an information collection request (ICR) for PCBs, Consolidated Reporting and Recordkeeping Requirements to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval. This is a proposed revision and extension of the ICR, currently approved through February 28, 2027. The notice invites public comments on the proposed revision, allowing an additional 30 days for comments beyond a previous 60-day period. The ICR consolidates reporting and recordkeeping requirements related to PCBs under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
