Description
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the Lone Star College System for the purchase of a contract to provide Session Initiation Protocol ("SIP") Trunking and Transport Services, Analog telephone services, and network on demand services. The RFP invites proposals to establish a contract with companies capable of delivering these telecommunications services. The Lone Star College System serves over 80,000 credit students each semester across 23 locations in the greater Houston area and seeks to support its operations with these services.
