Description
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a revision to the District of Columbia (DC) title V operating permits program, submitted by the Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE). The revision updates the title V operating permit fees collected by DOEE to ensure the program remains adequately funded and reorganizes some sections in Chapter 3 of 20 District of Columbia Municipal Regulations with no substantive content change.
