Description

The Department of Commerce, through the Census Bureau, is conducting the Household Trends and Outlook Pulse Survey (HTOPS) as part of the High-Frequency Surveys Program. This survey collects nationwide data on various topics and subgroups of the population to provide frequent data collection and near real-time data products. The notice requests public comments on the proposed information collection for OMB review and clearance for the 2026 July, September, and November data collections. Data collected will be used by federal, state, and local agencies, academic and non-government organizations, the media, and the public.
