Description

The South Atlantic Fishery Management Council will hold a meeting of the Habitat and Ecosystem Advisory Panel on June 30 and July 1, 2026. The meeting will discuss impacts on habitat from activities related to space exploration off the Florida coast, updates on offshore developments including offshore wind and oil and gas exploration, and review various habitat and ecosystem plans and projects. The meeting will be held at the Town and Country Inn and Suites in Charleston, SC, and will also be available via webinar. The panel will provide recommendations to the Council on various topics related to fishery management and habitat conservation.
