Description
The Natural History Museum of Utah, University of Utah has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects in accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA). The inventory determined a cultural affiliation between the remains and objects and various Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations. The notice details the repatriation process and the cultural affiliation of the remains and objects. Repatriation may occur on or after July 6, 2026.
