Argonne National Laboratory, under the Department of Energy, is seeking a locally based audio visual (AV) services provider for its Washington, D.C. office and event space. - Government Buyer: - Argonne National Laboratory (operated by UChicago Argonne, LLC), Washington, D.C. Office - Department of Energy - Scope of Services: - Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for professional AV meeting and event services - Support for both in-person and hybrid meetings and events - Services include: qualified technical personnel, AV equipment rental, setup, operation, troubleshooting, and removal - Services provided on an as-needed basis - Products/Services Requested: - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are specified - AV equipment and technical support for meetings/events - Notable Requirements: - Provider must be locally based in Washington, D.C. - Compliance with Argonne National Laboratory policies and security requirements - Offerors must submit a published price list or redacted invoice to support pricing - Pricing must be provided per attached schedule; DOE or GSA contract pricing should be indicated if applicable - Blanket agreement covers a base year plus two one-year option periods (total up to three years) - Potential for quantity increases or term extensions - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation.

This is a Blanket Purchase Agreement with a term of THREE (3) years and in accordance with Appendix “B” Argonne Statement of Work, for audio visual services, on an as needed basis, locally based AV services provider to support in-person and hybrid meetings and events at Argonne’s Washington, D.C. office.

Offeror to furnish a published price list to support quoted pricing.

The attached RFP/RFQ and only Argonne Terms and Conditions will govern any resultant order.

Signed Page one of the RFQ (ANL-70). Completed Price Schedule (Appendix C). Completed Representations and Certifications (ANL-70B). Provide a published price list or a redacted invoice showing pricing for the quoted, to prove price reasonableness. Are there any available discounts for DOE or does this order fall under GSA contract pricing (if yes, please include contract # and expiration date)?

Proposal will be considered incomplete if any of the requested information, listed above, is not provided.
